The Approach
Demonstrating the outcomes was one part of the brief but, more importantly, we needed to show what lies behind the numbers and how Aviva goes above and beyond the claim.
By humanising the role of protection and transforming abstract data into emotionally resonant storytelling, we helped position Aviva - not only as a settler of claims - but as a supportive partner in life’s most challenging and transformative journeys.
